article By now, most of you know that the 2015 NHL All-Star Game will take place in New York City, and that the NBA Finals are on the horizon.
But did you know it was the first year that the NFL and the NBA actually agreed to trade the gold medals for each other?
Yes, the league has a gold medal deal with the United States, but it only has one gold medal at the time of writing.
The NFL has already received a gold in the 2017 Stanley Cup Final, the 2015 Super Bowl, the 2016 NBA Finals, the 2017 NFL Finals, and the 2016 NCAA Tournament.
All of those events are taking place at Yankee Stadium.
If the NFL were to do the same with the golds, the game would be played in a different stadium.
That stadium is Yankee Stadium, a venue that the league is using as a testbed to gauge interest in building a new home for the games.
According to the New York Daily News, the Yankees have reached out to the NBA about their interest in playing the 2017 Super Bowl in the stadium that is home to the team that won the Stanley Cup, the New England Patriots.
“The NFL and NBA are in talks to play a game in Yankee Stadium as the league prepares to move to New York in the coming years,” the Daily News reported.
“The teams have reached an agreement, but no timeline has been set.”
That would be the same year the NFL would be in the final years of its deal with Major League Baseball, which has a long-term contract with the team it plays for, the Philadelphia Eagles.
There’s a lot of work that needs to be done for the New Yorkers to be able to host the 2017 games.
The city has to come up with a plan for staging the event and finding a new venue for the event.
It would be nice to see the New Orleans Saints play a home game in New Jersey, as the New Jersey Devils play their home games at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The NFL and its owners would have to work out a new stadium for the 2020 Super Bowl.
It’s going to take time to get to this point, but the idea of having a new, temporary home for one of the most important sporting events in the world is something the NFL should be excited about.
